Adding a 10 minute exercise to my morning powers my day. I wish I would have started this a long time ago. 10 minutes is a doable workout especially for beginners. After doing a 10 minute walk, my mood is better, my body feel better and I feel like a can conquer anything. Let's get moving!

Let's study together! Pomodoro method applied for 25 mins of focus x 5 mins breaks. A bell will chime for the beginning and ending of breaks. This method has been applied due to research showing people had better retention and concentration when studying in small bursts instead of nonstop cramming. I remember being in nursing school and going to my first study group. I remembered being so overwhelmed and behind hearing them discuss the content. I learned that I did better with a study buddy and soft music. I called it co-studying. It would be with someone else, but we would doing our own work separately. Being together gave us the energy to stay up. Well, here I am to be your virtual study buddy! Later in life, I also learned that worship wasn't just determined by a particular type of music or reserved to a church house. We can do everyday tasks that praise God and bring him glory. Sometimes all it takes is reframing our minds. Therefore, studying is worship! Allow these melodies to energize your studying and draw you closer to the Lord. If we are fortunate, we only have to take NCLEX once! Well here's my story of the first and last time I took NCLEX and about how I passed with 75 questions which was the minimum number at that time. If you find yourself stressed and worried about NCLEX, take a deep breath in and out. Create a realistic study plan that includes doing practice questions. Get your rest and make sure to eat because we all know people start lacking in these areas while in nursing school. Remember, one needs rest and food for the brain to function. You got this.
